I’ve been to Boardroom a few times now, it’s been a good experience every time. The vibe is always friendly, they’re on time, which I definitely appreciate, and my haircut actually comes out the way I want it. Kind of nice not having to sit there wondering what you’re going to end up with, you know?

I felt relaxed the whole time. it was just a really calm, easy experience and I left feeling good about it.

The staff did help me, but they seemed rushed and distracted the whole time. What made it more annoying was having to verify my information over and over again, even after I had already done it. It felt like the process could’ve been a lot smoother.

First thought walking out: wow, that was fast. Service was super quick today and I didn’t have to wait around at all.

I went in for a haircut, but the scalp massage was the highlight. It was so relaxing, not rushed at all, and the pressure was just right. I was sitting there like... yeah, I could definitely fall asleep right now lol. The haircut was fine too, but I’d go back just for that massage...

I got a haircut and beard trim here and had a really good experience. I’m usually a little cautious about trying a new barber because it’s easy for a trim to go too short or the neckline to get messed up, but the barber actually listened to what I wanted and took his time. My beard came out clean, the neckline looked sharp, and the whole place felt relaxed without that awkward salon vibe. I’d definitely go back.

The stylist actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and asked thoughtful questions instead of making me feel rushed into a cut. I also appreciated that they explained what would work with my hair and what probably wouldn’t. It felt really easy and not awkward at all. I left feeling confident about the plan, and I’d definitely go back.

The salon itself was totally fine and I had a good experience overall. Just a heads up for anyone going for the first time: parking took me a few minutes to figure out, so maybe give yourself a little extra time before your appointment. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a bit annoying if you’re running close to your scheduled time

I was thinking I might regret booking there, but when I called, they actually took the time to listen and help me out. They got me rescheduled quickly, and the haircut ended up looking really good. I just wish the whole thing had started off better, so I’m going with 4 stars. Still, the way they handled the problem made me feel a lot better about going back.

I really liked the products they used. My hair felt soft right after, but what stood out was that it stayed that way for a few days, even around the ends where mine usually gets a little dry. It also didn’t have that heavy coated feeling some products leave behind. I kept touching it because it felt clean and smooth, not greasy or weighed down.

Nothing totally disastrous or anything, just kind of clunky and a little more frustrating than it probably needed to be. I’m glad I got the appointment set, but I definitely wish the booking experience felt quicker and more straightforward...

I figured it might only make sense if I went all the time, but even going every few weeks, the savings start to add up. The service has been solid for the most part too. My only complaint is that scheduling can be a little inconsistent sometimes, so I’m giving it 4 stars.

The shave was okay and close enough in most spots, but I noticed they missed some areas under my chin after I left. The staff was genuinely nice, which I appreciated, but I’m feeling a little buyer’s remorse because I expected a cleaner finish for what I paid.
